Overview
Activity is the firm's shared log. Every draft someone ran, every medical summary Ares built on its own, across all your cases, newest first. It is the place to look when you want to know what happened this week, not just what happened to you.
Activity or Notifications?
They answer different questions.
Notifications are yours. They tell you when your work finished, and they have read and unread states. See Notifications.
Activity is everyone's. It records what was done on the firm's cases, by anyone or by Ares, and nothing on it is ever marked read.
The same finished demand shows up in both places: as a notification for the person who ran it, and as a row in Activity for the whole firm.
Reading the Page
Open Activity from the sidebar. It is a table with four columns: the item (a draft by its document name, a chat skill by its name, or "Medical Summary"), the case, who started it, and when it last changed. Newest first, and you can flip the order from the Last modified header. Click a row to open it. A draft opens the chat it was drafted in. A summary opens the case's Medical section. The footer pages through the list, with a rows-per-page picker like the Cases list.
Three tabs at the top narrow the list:
All. Everything.
Agent. Work Ares started on its own, such as medical summaries after records arrive.
User. Skills and drafts your team launched.
Three dropdowns narrow it further: All cases or My cases, a colleague under All users, and a skill under All agents. The search box, at the left of the same row, filters what is loaded by case, item, or person.
